This 3-day hands-on class will cover everything you need to know to build an earthen oven (horno), with materials that you may already have in your yard. Earthen ovens are inexpensive to build, fun to use, and provide a baking environment impossible to recreate in the kitchen. The class is suitable for building professionals, DIYers and bakers, and is a great introduction to adobe construction and earthen.
